Difficult people at work are going to be the reason I kick ass. I'm trying to stay calm about it, but I'm not being very successful. This fucker this morning called up to get an upgrade, but wanted it on his terms. Nope. Then he was just persistent with it. He could have just said he didn't want to send it up, but since he was beating around the bush, he don't get what he wants. Fucker.
